Hair Transplant

Hair Transplant

FUE (follicular unit extraction) method is a technique of transferring the hair from the back of your head to the balding area by using 0.7-0.8 mm heads with the help of micromotors in hair transplantation. Thanks to this technique, which has been used since 2004, there is no scar in the donor area and a natural appearance is obtained. Before hair transplantation, the head is photographed from different angles, then the hair transplantation line is created and drawn with a skin pen. While forming the hair transplant line, the former state of the hair is taken into account.

The processing time is on average 7-8 hours.

The patient is taken to the hair transplant room where sterile conditions are provided. After the donor area is anesthetized with local anesthesia, hair grafting, which is the first stage of hair transplantation, begins. The micromotor head is stuck and removed according to the direction of hair growth in a way to center the hair. With micropensets, the hair grafts are carefully pulled and protected. A sufficient number of hairs is obtained by taking the hair from the hairy area in different parts of the donor area.

The patient is placed on his back. It is moved to the second stage, where the channels are opened and the roots are placed. Local anesthesia is applied to the area to be transplanted and the channels are opened towards the direction of hair growth. The aim is to achieve a natural look.

After the channel opening process is completed, the last stage of planting is reached. The most important point here is that the patient is sure that all the hair grafts taken are transplanted. After the hair transplantation process is finished, the dressing is applied and the operation is completed.

For the first three days, you should stay in an upright position and the head should not be tilted forward. A rolled towel should be placed under the neck while lying down. Hair should not be washed for three days. At the end of three days, lotion is applied to the transplanted area and waited for one hour, and then the hair is washed with shampoo. While washing the planting area, it should be washed with warm water and the water should not be aimed directly on the area. While drying, it should be dried by tamponing with a towel and the washing process should continue for 10 days.

After hair transplantation, plenty of water should be consumed. Aspirin-derived pain relievers and alcohol should be avoided. Cutting can be done after 20 days and only with scissors. Shaving with a razor should not be done for a year.

After 20 days, the transplanted hair starts to fall out and starts to grow again after 3 months. It is necessary to abstain from sexual intercourse for 1 week and to use the given drugs completely
